Neurologic and vascular symptoms

Headache
Dizziness
Fainting
Numbness, prickling, tingling, or heightened sensitivity of arms and/or legs
Easy bruising
Heart palpitations
Muscle spasms

We will be talking about the many types/groups of symptoms PMDD suffers have to deal with sometimes on a daily basis. Some will include skin problems and fuid retention.If there are any topics you would like me to talk about please pm or comment below.
