Reducing your caffeine intake plays a major part in helping to reduce Mastalgia! Also, as daft as it sounds... wearing appropriate bra sizes ( I switch between bra sizes too..it helps to support me better especially when I feel so swollen and sensitive a sports bra also helps ALOT! Having a healthy diet (look at your Vitamin E and B6 levels)
Reducing external stress factors (when you can) is also a good starting point.
There has been some evidence that evening primrose oil DOESN'T REALLY help. I was told this by the breast clinic so never tried it but what doesn't work for many, may still work for some.
