We are experiencing high levels of guest visitors on a daily basis. I feel that they are not communicating as it can be very hard to be the first person to reach out to others. Could I ask members to become proactive which will hopefully have a positive effect on guests and members alike. Please do not hesitate to reply, comment and post
I feel that because members are reluctant to communicate with each other it is off putting to guests and they feel we are maybe not a friendly bunch.
All I ask is that you say hello in the least and introduce yourself....maybe this will get that chatter flowing and show others that we are approachable and can help each other get through this.
