Does anybody else's cramps get worse as the day goes on? I seem to get cramp mostly in the afternoon and by the time it's dark I'm keeled over in agony. The hot water bottle gets thrown out about this point because all I end up doing is burning my skin.I need it got, real hot. Baths don't work lately either.
