I have it on extremely good authority (gynaecologist) that Evening primrose oil would be a waste of my time, effort and money. Apparently it does nothing for PMDD (I'm tempted to start changing my terminology as I learned today that America call it PMDD, not the U.K- to us English it's known as severe PMS)
