So this month is very important for us all. It's a time when many other people will be helping us to shout out about PMDD. We should use this time to be louder and stronger than before. We have an army behind us right now. Do your part to support women with PMDD with a PMDD Awareness Ribbon. You can also download these free for your website or blog.
Chosen by women with PMDD, the dark ends represent the darkness of the luteal phase. The teal is a color that commonly represents anxiety and ovarian disorders. The lighter colors on black also symbolize the light and bravery every woman with PMDD possesses.
Buy them, wear them and shout about them.

The PMDD Life Facebook page has gone live for PMDD AWARENESS MONTH. Be sure to check it out and tell everybody who will listen. If we stay silent about PMDD we can't complain when nobody listens!
