It's that time of the year again!

I love having even more of an excuse to talk about PMDD and what it does to women. This month I will be continuing to post as much valid info as I can find but I will also be un-retiring a previous Facebook group. It is called PMDD and you Leeds UK. (WILL BE CHANGING THAT) I will be bringing it up to speed with this forum and hopefully reaching people even farther than before.

So ladies, go get your badges and wear them with pride. It's time to be brave.
