I think I have PMDD. What should I do?

Visit your GP to talk about your concerns. He or she should be able to arrange appropriate help.
Keeping a diary of your menstrual cycles, and noting down how you feel – emotionally and physically – may help.

Don't panic! You are already going through a hard enough time as it is. Realizing you may have PMDD is a massive kick in the teeth but also a totally massive cuddle at the same time. I say this because..Yes, you may have PMDD but you could finally know what has been going on all these months/years.
We are women! We are strong and we will not be beaten. Especially not by our own bodies.
It is not the end of the world and you can and will get through this. You have been doing that already.
The first step to getting better is....absolute acceptance.
