Do you find yourself making negative interpretations even though you have no definitive facts? Maybe you start predicting the future and become a mind reader? If so, you are probably fortune telling. You are likely to predict that negative things will happen.

Firstly, in what way will this help anybody? Especially ourselves. As easy as it is for me to say, we should stop and consider we may be wrong..
