Awfulising/catastrophising
You tend to magnify and exaggerate the importance of events and how awful or unpleasant they will be. Making mountains out of mole hills and over estimating the chance of it all going wrong will get us now-where.
If we have a set back, experience a hiccup or are triggered by an event we can't worry or see it as a never ending cycle of victory and defeat.
I have one question.
How do we put out thoughts into perspective?
