FACT: The strengths that have helped you to succeed in life are also your greatest emotional triggers.
When your brain perceives a threat and wether the threat be real or PMDD orientated you 'normally' react with anger or fear, then you quickly rationalize your behaviour so it makes sense and you have a very valid reason for behaving in the way you do. You may lose trust in the people around you or in the situation you find yourself in. You may lose courage or react in a way that could hurt you, others and your relationships in the future.
Explore your triggers and learn from them. Help other women understand what they are going through and why. We are all up a river without a paddle at some point. Sink or swim!
