Low frustration tolerance
You think that something which is difficult to stand is intolerable or unbearable. You magnify how bad it is and minimise your ability to cope.
This sounds like me sometimes. If I struggle with something this is my thought process - 'right..I can't do it. There's no point, it's bleeping broken, it's not my faut! or is it? Bleep that, somebody else will have to do it, oh...I'll do it. Bleep, bleep, bleep' Then probably throw whatever it is across the room.
