Demands-.Living by fixed rules
You tend to have fixed rules and unrealistic expectations. You regularly use the words should, ought, must and can't. This leads to unnecessary guilt and disappointment.
The more rigid your statements are, the more disappointed, depressed, angry or guilty you are likely to feel. Try replacing should and must with wish and want.
