There was a little girl, with a very little curl, right in the middle of her forehead. When she was good, she was very, very good and when she was bad she blamed PMDD.
Do not blame your bad behaviour on your PMDD. I did for years, before I realised that I am not PMDD. I am a person with normal healthy feelings and reactions. Just because I have PMDD doesn't mean I am always in that 'zone'. I am sometimes stressed because of what's happening around me not because of my PMDD. That's life unfortunately.
If we continue to blame PMDD for everything going wrong we will never pin point what is actually causing this. We need to be honest about our symptoms and their severity, also about our 'normal' lives.
Have you tried the daily record sheet? Talk about an eye opener.
